This luxurious villa has its own private
swimming pool, boasts spectacular views and has a touch of class
that the discerning holidaymaker will appreciate.

From top to bottom this villa has little
extras. For instance, there is the wide screen plasma TV where
you can watch your favourite TV channels - yes, there's BBC 1,
BBC 2, ITV and Channels 4 and 5 too as well as a DVD.
For dining outside, there's a patio table and
six chairs as well as BBQ so you aren't trapped in the kitchen!
But for those more intimate dinners, there's
a separate dining area with dining table and six chairs.
This is a villa that has really been done out
as a home rather than a holiday let. There are little finishing
touches throughout that add a touch of class.
The kitchen has an oven, four ring hon,
fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, ironing board, iron
and, ofcourse, all the equipment you will need for your holiday.
The villa can sleep six. There is a double
bedroom, two twin bedrooms and two bathrooms.
It is set in the Chipmunk Mountain district
of Caleta de Fuste where a 25 minute walk will take you to the
beach and the resort centre itself but other things are closer
at hand.
A little less than a 15 minute
walk will take you to the Montecastillo centre where there are a
variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Entertainment can also
be found around this area including on some of the time share
complexes where you are welcome to use their bar facilities.
A further ten minutes walk will take you into Caleta de Fuste
itself although you can hop on a little tourist train which will
take you to the town or right through to the harbour and costs
about one Euro.
Taxis are also cheap costing about three Euros from the town to
the villa or from the main Atlantico shopping centre where there
are boutiques, a large supermarket, bars and restaurants and
beach all set in landscaped gardens.
Compared to similar properties, this
villa really does represent good value for money.
