This one bedroom villa that sleeps 1 to 4 guests is available to rent in the village of La Capellania also known as Tamaragua. I

It is five minutes drive to Corralejo. The bedroom has 2 single beds, and the living room has a sofa that converts into a double or 2 single beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

The house is a one bedroom Villa that sleeps 1 to 4 guests and has a fully fitted kitchen with granite work-tops and is equipped with a fridge, hob, kettle, toaster and microwave.

The utility room houses a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The spacious living/dining room is equipped with TV (with spanish channels), DVD player, stereo, books and games. At the front of the property there is a small garden and off road parking, and the rear has patio furniture, sun loungers and double hammock to enjoy the sunshine or those early evening drinks.

There are lots of local activities available which include the beautiful beaches of El Cotillo or Corralejo Dunes, water-sports, swimming pools, tennis, walking and gym. There is a bar and restaurant in the village for those who don’t want the hassle of having to cook.

The house is approximately 30 minutes by car from the airport, and 5 minutes drive outside of the main tourist resort of Corralejo. The hiring of a car is advisable but not essential as the village is served by a good bus / taxi route. A taxi from the airport costs 30€ (approx £20) and from La Capellania to Corralejo is 4€ (approx £2.50).

To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
