Walks on Fuerteventura

Some of the coastal views on these walk are truly stunning.

We have picked out three walks - they are not hikes aimed at the serious hiker but are more for the tourist who likes a good walk and to explore.

None are too arduous although trainers should be worn rather than sandals.

The first walk takes in a popular tourist walk at Ajuy but then branches off to a spot few tourists see.

The second walk goes inland through a palm tree valley to a hidden chapel at Vega de Rio Palmas.

And the third walk is on the outskirts of Caleta de Fuste and takes in some pleasant coastal views.
