This villa is set in an 800sq mt plot and has outstanding views over the golf course and out to sea.

The villa has been furnished in a very contemporary fashion giving it a very light and spacious feel. It is set on the new Las Salinas golf course and has views on to the fourth hole and out to sea.

It has three good sized bedrooms that have a double bed in the main bedroom with en-suite and twin beds in the other two. There is an additional family bathroom.

There is a very large lounge /diner that leads on to the large patio and garden. The separate kitchen also leads onto the garden.

There is everthing you would need for a luxury home from home holiday.

There is full bed linen and towels, a lcd flatscreen tv with satellite and dvd player and cd player, two luxury sofas and leather armchair, dining table and six chairs in the lounge area.

There is a oven hob and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and board and also table & 4 chairs.

The bedrooms all have fitted wardrobes, mirrors and shelves.

There is a large garden and large patio area all south facing which get the sun all day. There are sun beds tables and chairs and swinging chair and a BBQ.

For golf lovers you could not ask for more. The course is fantastic and not too difficult but still a real test perfect resort golf.

Even if you do not play golf the villa is perfectly situated being only a short distance to the beach, shops and restaurants.
