Four bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool in Villaverde

Set in the traditional, rural village of Villaverde this villa offers excellent accommodation for a relaxing holiday and has the benefit of a very large heated swimming pool. The popular resort of Corralejo and the lovely beaches of El Cotillo are about a 12 minute drive.

The villa has a huge roof terrace which has distant views to the sea and neighbouring islands.

The villa has a bright airy living room with patio doors to the terrace and pool and a dining area. There is a separate kitchen with a granite breakfast bar, a laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and a private terrace with rural views. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

A bedroom with twin beds and one with a single bed share a separate shower room.

The large swimming pool is electrically heated and an extensive sunbathing terrace surrounds the pool and is furnished with sunbeds and two patio dining tables and a gas barbeque.
