This  superb, modern, luxury villa boasts sea views of Lanzarote and the Isle of Lobos. It is in an unbeatable position one row from the sea and only two minutes’ walk to the start of the fabulous dune beaches.

The roof terrace enjoys panoramic sea views over to the neighbouring islands of Lobos and Lanzarote while the attractions of the popular resort of Corralejo are within easy walking distance.

This spacious, family villa is stylishly furnished throughout. The villa has a large, beautifully decorated living room with leather sofas, a 32 inch flat screen television and an attractive sloping, wooden ceiling.

 There is a separate dining area with seating for eight people while the Italian kitchen is very well equipped with everything needed for a luxurious, self catering holiday.

Leading from the kitchen is an attractive breakfast room with informal seating.

The villa has four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are three bedrooms with twin beds which share a family bathroom where there is the added luxury of a Jacuzzi-bath. One of the twin bedrooms has patio doors leading directly to the pool terrace.

The outdoor is on two levels. To the front of the villa is a large 8m x 3.5 metre, electrically heated swimming pool.

The seafront is just ten metres from the villa where guests can go swimming from the stunning black reef. Only 100 metres away from the villa is Playa Las Abujas, an unspoilt beach with white sand dramatically set amongst the black volcanic lava. The world famous dunes beaches are also within walking distance of the villa and are extremely popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers.
