| Three bedroom villa with spa, sauna |
This beautiful complex has a feeling of space,
with the added bonus of luxury features - the spa, the sauna and
the heated communal pool.
There are communal areas where new friends can get together but
also nooks and crannies and large terraces for each property
where one can get peace and quiet.
The villa are similar in size although
the detail design of each one is slightly different. Some of the
3 villas have pools and some spas.
Besides the spa, the sauna and the heated communal
pool all guests have access to a first floor solarium and
the upper floor from which there are fantastic views of Corralejo, Lobos and Lanzarote.
The villas are built on three levels. The
lower ground floor has a bathroom and the largest of the three
bedrooms. On the ground floor the lounge extends from the patio
doors which lead to the rear terrace to the front door and the
pool area. The dining area is situated in the octagonal tower,
just across from the spacious and luxuriously equipped kitchen.
There is the second bedroom and bathroom on this floor. On the
first floor is the master bedroom, with its own bathroom and
balcony. Stairs lead from a first floor terrace to the
'panoramic' with its stunning views.
Prices quoted are for 6 people sharing a 3
bedroom apartment. If there are less we will deduct £50 per
person per week. Two additional people can be added paying the
appropriate extra charges, at £50 per persons per week, (total
of 8 persons).

The villa comprises 3 ensuite bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for
your use.
The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs
for your party's use. The villa has a sauna, television
satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.
There is room for 6 in the living
room and 6 in the dining room. T
There is a
cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a
toaster. You will also find an iron and ironing board. The owner
has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking
utensils.
Smoking is allowed in this villa.
