Situated in a quiet suburb on the outskirts of Caleta de
Fuste, this bungalow-style home comes with three bedrooms and
two bathrooms and is on a small, private complex about 20
minutes walk from Caleta de Fuste.
The lounge/dining room over looks the two private swimming pools
on this small complex, has two sofas and a dining table.
The kitchen area is well equipped with washing machine,
microwave, four ringed hob, fridge freezer, electric kettle and
all plates and utensils.
The three bedrooms consist of two double beds and one room has
twin beds.
On the ground floor is the first fully tiled bathroom with
toilet, wash basin and bath with shower over.
The ground floor bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and opens on
to a terrace.
Downstairs is the largest bedroom with double bed and wardrobe
and the third bedroom which has twin beds. There is a second
bathroom here with shower unit.
This lovely home is ideally suited to a larger family or two
couples.
It is situated in Nuevo Horizonte, a quieter area of Costa
Caleta which s also known as Costa Antigua. It is ideal for
those prefering a quiet holiday away from the hub-hub of Caleta
de Fuste town centre yet within easy reach of the resort with
its array of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
The seafront promenade follows the rocky coastline down to the
harbour and sandy beaches of Caleta de Fuste about a 15-20
minute walk away.
The area itself has a few bars providing entertainment, some
restaurants and mini-supermarkets.
Water sports abound in Caleta de Fuste- everything from
windsurfing to scuba diving, or you could take the catamaran and
go swimming with dolphins.
Here you will also find mini-golf, quad bike hire, tennis and
camel rides. In the evening, you can find entertainment ranging
from live acts to karaoke, quizzes and bingo but there are also
plenty of quiet bars.
The 18 hole Championship golf course is about an 8 minute taxi
ride away as is the Atlantico centre with its shops,
supermarket, ten pin bowling and cinema.

COMPLEX: This is a private complex built for residential
purposes. A few of the houses are used for holiday lets. The
pool area has two circular pools in the centre of the
complex, one for adults and one for children. The area
around the pools has recently been tiled for more
comfortable sun bathing with some garden areas. Sun beds are
available around the pools. This house overlooks the adult
pool. There is also a small children's play area.
LOCATION: Situated in Costa Antiqua otherwise known as Nuevo
Horizonte a 20 minute stroll along the promenade, where if
you are lucky you will be able to watch and feed the
chipmunks, takes you into Caleta de Fuste. The local bus
stop is close by where you can catch the bus into Caleta
(one stop) or go into Puerto del Rosario the Capital of the
island. There is also a taxi rank within 2 minutes walk from
the complex.
