Prices are per villa (based on 6 people), any additional guests will be charged £99 per person, per week (up to a maximum of 12 people). Children under the age of 2 stay free and cots, highchairs, buggies are provided.. Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-Term breaks are charged a supplement for high season. There is a cleaning charge of £50 per week on all bookings. All bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen is changed midweek of your stay. However, please note that you need to bring your own beach towels for use outdoors.
Other services can be provided on request eg. grocery welcome pack. A collection service on arrival at the airport can be organised for a nominal charge.
The villa is usually available from 4pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Subject to booking arrangements, other times may occasionally be accommodated. A 20% deposit will be required to secure a booking, the balance being due not later than 8 weeks prior to departure.

The villa has been themed to a high standard, including memorabilia direct from Hollywood in California, USA. There are four large bedrooms including two family rooms with three beds in each and one with en-suite and a separate family bathroom.

The fully fitted kitchen includes dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, and all the comforts of home.

There is also satellite TV, DVD, and music centre. Outside, a large swimming pool and a luxurious hot tub (which can seat 5 adults) dominate the spacious terraces for el-fresco dining, as well as a brick built barbeque area.

The garden is surrounded by high walls for privacy and there is parking for three cars. You are just five minutes walk from the beach, where you can walk for 21 km along Costa Calma golden sands if you have the energy. .

Hollywood Heights is situated in a quiet area of Costa Calma, known as 'Beverley Hills' to the locals. You can walk to the beautiful local beaches as well as the bars, restaurants, shops and a supermarket.

This area is very popular with young families for its beautiful golden beaches with calm, clear waters. There is also lots going on for all ages: excellent water sports on some of the best beaches on the island, multinational restaurants, bars, boutiques and a colourful Sunday and Wednesday market. Jandia with its magnificent beaches is just 10 minutes away by car as well Oasis Park, the zoo with camel safari on the mountain.
