This attractive new one bedroom apartment is ideal for those wanting to be close to all the main facilities of Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura.

A two minute walk will take you into the main street and the centre of the resort. The beach is a 10 minute stroll away.  

Situated on a new small gated private complex with a beautiful pool area and a tennis court for the more energetic, the apartment is well equipped and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday.

In the kitchen there is an oven, combo microwave, 4 ring hob, toaster, kettle and of course all the equipment needed to self cater. The dining table seats four.  

The lounge area has a sofa which will seat three and converts into a double bed. There are two single matching chairs. A TV and DVD player and radio are also supplied. A balcony with table and four chairs leads off from the lounge.  

There are twin beds in the bedroom and ample wardrobe space with patio doors onto a small terrace.   The bathroom has a cubicle shower, hand basin and toilet.

This brand new complex has a beautiful gardened and pool area. Sun beds have been supplied around the pool. The tennis court is available for residents to use but no equipment is supplied. It is about a 7 minutes walk to the beach and four minutes walk to resort centre. A 15 minute walk to Atlantico shopping centre, beaches and Caleta de Fuste Golf courses.
