 Overlooking
the 18th fairway with the ocean beyond, it is a pleasure to wake up in
this two bedroom apartment.
It enjoys a superb and peaceful location on the prestigious golf complex
with stunning mountain views from the front garden.
     
It is a few paces away from the swimming pool which is shared by a few
other properties on El Refugio and the owners have installed a hot tub for
guests to relax into after their dip. Or why not just enjoy a glass of
wine while watching the sun set.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and looks out onto the golf course
and ocean beyond.
The lounge TV has an integral DVD player. The 18 hole championship golf
course - adjacent to the back garden - is less than five minutes stroll
away.
There are discounted
green fees for guests staying at the apartment. A courtesy bus with
stop-off points on the way to Caleta, leaves the 5 star golf club hotel
every 60 minutes.
There is a dining area with seating for four people and outside there is a
garden, barbeque, terrace furniture and four beach chairs.
The kitchen is well fitted with a four ring cooker, oven, grill, microwave
and washing machine.
