There is so much to see on Fuerteventura and if you have decided not to hire a car, there are excursions and tour companies in all of the main tourist areas.

Just stroll around the High Street and you will see plenty of tours around Fuerteventura advertised on boards.

However, you can also get off the island for a day and go and visit Lanzarote.

On Mondays and Thursdays there is a Lanzarote south tour. A drive through the volcanic craters, lunch, a visit to the vineyards to sample some wine then its on to the green lagoon El Golfo, the boiling pots of Los Hervideros and the salt pan El Janubio, a startling landscape created when boiling hot lava streams came into contact with the cool sea water.

The ferry arrives back in Fuerteventura about 5.30pm then its back to your pick-up points. Cost, including 3 course lunch, wine tasting, ferry, entrance to the national park approximately 48 Euros adults, 24 Euros children.
