This well furnished
apartment sits on the Fuerteventura golf course development and has lovely
views over the course to the sea.
It has two bedrooms
and can sleep four people in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. Both
have ceiling fans and the master bedroom opens through patio doors on to
the balcony.

two chairs, ceiling fan.
The kitchen is very
well equipped with four ring
hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, glassware,
crockery, cutlery, fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Access
to the balcony, which is equipped with patio furniture, is through the
lounge and master bedroom. The roof terrace is equipped with four sun
loungers.
This is a small complex
originally built as residential accommodation but a few of the apartments
are being used as holiday rentals. The apartment has use of a communal
swimming pool only shared by the small development it is situated in.
Situated on the Golf
Course Development of Caleta de Fuste, it is an ideal location for those
wishing to explore the island, either by hiring a car or using local
transport, to play golf, or to have a get away from it all relaxing
holiday. The golf course is an 18 hole course which opened in Spring 2002
and played host to the Spanish Open in 2004.
A regular free bus service
will run you from the Elba Golf Hotel into Caleta or to the nearby
Atlantico shopping centre and its beaches or from here take a short stroll
along the promenade onto the main beach at Caleta. The beaches are about a
15-20 minute pleasant stroll away alongside the golf course.
