This new detached villa is just five minutes from the beach and boasts panoramic views over Corralejo to Lanzarote.

The spacious interior will allow holiday makers to enjoy a relaxed holiday away from the hustle and bustle of the resort, yet close enough to stroll to. 

Outside as well as having your own private swimming pool, there are 6 sun loungers, BBQ, a decked area and a Canarian style landscaped garden.

The modern furniture in the lounge and bedrooms (waterhyacinth) gives off a very cool, tropical atmosphere and if you wish to get out of the sun , put a CD on and relax with the excellent surround sound system or have a quiet night in with a DVD.

The kitchen comes fully equiped with all mod cons and a welcome pack can be arranged with prior notice.

The dining area has seating for 6 people with views over the swimming pool or you can choose to eat al fresco on the large pergola covered terrace again with seating for 6 persons.

The master bedroom is en-suite with the two other bedrooms separated by the main bathroom.

Ifyou prefer a little more privacy, why not sun bathe on the 60m2 roof terrace.

The property is also alarmed and has the added advantage of off street parking.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
