Prices are PER APARTMENT (up to 6 maximum in each apartment). There is a charge of £99 per guest up to 17 guests when using the 3 villa apartments within Beverley Hills Heights. General discounts apply if both villa apartments are rented together and length of stay is 2 weeks or more. Children under the age of 2 stay FREE and have use of highchair, cot, buggy etc. Xmas, New Year, Easter and Mid-Term breaks are subject for a supplement for high season.

Cleaning charge of £50 per apartment, per week which includes all linen and towels. However, please note that you will need to bring your own beach towels for use outdoors. A hair dryer is provided for your convenience. Travel cot available as well as buggy for toddlers and a highchair available with our compliments. Optional daily cleaning available for small charge.

A deposit of 20% upon booking (per week) required and the balance within 8 weeks of departure.

Situated on the Costa Calma on Fuerteventura, it can sleep a maximum of six guests in each with an additional four guests in a private apartment downstairs (perfect for grandparents or teenagers!) making the potential availability for 17 guests.

   The private, very large swimming pool is fully tiled, and there are many spacious terraces and mature palm tree gardens surround five different terrace areas. The luxurious apartments are well furnished with Jacuzzi bath, satellite TV, DVD, dishwasher and washing machine.

   There are panoramic sea views in this quiet up-market area. The shops, bars, restaurants and a supermarket are just 5 minutes walk, and a further 5 minutes takes you on to a beautiful golden beach (from here you can walk 21 km with only sand under feet!)

San Francisco - two bedrooms sleeps 4-6
   This beautiful apartment is set on one level and is tastefully furnished. There is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom and a large sofa bed.
The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with hob, fridge, microwave and dining table seating 6.
   The living area has satellite tv, video, stereo, cd and is surrounded by beautiful French windows and patio doors which open directly on to the huge terrace with el fresco dining area and the private swimming pool.

Los Angeles - two bedrooms sleeps 4-6
   This beautiful apartment is set on two levels and is well appointed throughout.

 The first floor has a master double bedroom with 3 glass windows giving spectacular views across to the sea; and a bedroom with twin beds has patio doors leading to private sun terraces and sea views.

The large bathroom features a corner bath with jacuzzi, shower and toilet.

 The ground floor living area has satellite tv, dvd, stereo, vhs, cd and has two large sofas, one a sofa bed. French windows and doors open directly on to the sun terrace and private swimming pool with luxurious dining furniture.

The private kitchen has dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a spacious dining area seating 6 with gorgeous oak furniture.

There are 5 separate large terrace areas to give maximum privacy surrounded by mature palm trees and aloe vera plants. There is a large swimming pool, fully tiled, with sun loungers and gorgeous dining furniture with glass topped tables. The swimming pool is child-friendly, using salt instead of chlorine. There is also two barbeques, one being large and made of brick. The back terrace is the size of a mini football pitch!

 This villa is perfectly suitable for 2/3 large families with the adjoining apartments inside the whole villa. The third apartment downstairs, sleeps up to 5 people which is available as an overflow where necessary, or teenagers basement hangout!

Das private, sehr große Schwimmbad ist völlig gefliest, und es gibt viele geräumige Terrassen und reift Palmengärten umgeben fünf verschiedene Terrassengebiete heran. Die Luxuswohnungen sind gut mit Strudelbad Bad, Satellitenfernsehen, DVD, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

Es gibt Panoramaseenblicke in diesem ruhigen anspruchsvollen Gebiet. Die Läden, Stäbe, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind nur 5 Minuten laufen, und eine weiter 5 Minuten nimmt Sie auf zu einem schönen goldenen Strand (von hier Ihnen können 21 km mit nur Sand unter Füßen laufen)! Die Wohnungen sind folgendermaßen:

Es gibt ein doppeltes Schlafzimmer und ein Zwillingsschlafzimmer und ein großes Sofabett. Die Küche/Essecke ist völlig mit Kochstelle ausgerüstet, setzend Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Essentisch 6. Das lebende Gebiet hat Satellitenfernsehen, Video, Stereo, Cd und wird von schönen französischen Fenstern und Terrassentüren umgeben die offen direkt auf zur riesigen Terrasse mit el Freskogemälde Essecke und dem privaten Schwimmbad.

Los Angeles - zwei Schlafzimmer schläft 4-6, die Diese schöne Wohnung auf zwei Höhen und gut gesetzt ist, ist ernannt durch. Das Erdgeschoss hat ein Haupt doppeltes Schlafzimmer mit 3 Glasfenstern, die der See spektakuläre Blicke geben; und ein Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbetten hat Terrassentüren führend zu privaten Sonnenterrassen und Seenblicken.

Das große Badezimmer kennzeichnet ein Eckenbad mit Strudelbad, Dusche und Toilette.

Der Erdboden, den Gebiet lebt, hat Satellitenfernsehen, Dvd, Stereo, vhs, Cd und hat zwei große Sofas, ein ein Sofabett. Französische Fenster und Türen offen direkt auf zur Sonnenterrasse und privater Schwimmen vereint mit Luxusspeisenmöbeln.

Die private Küche hat Geschirrspüler, Kocher, Kochstelle, Mikrowelle und Kühlschranktiefkühlschrank. Es gibt eine geräumige Essecke, die 6 mit prächtigen Eichenmöbeln setzt.

Es gibt 5 getrennte große Terrassengebiete, maximale Ruhe zu geben, die von reifen Palmen und Aloe vera Pflanzen umgeben wird. Es gibt ein großes Schwimmbad, hat völlig, mit Sonnenfaulenzern und prächtigen Speisennmöbeln mit Glas Tische gefliest hat überstiegen. Das Schwimmbad ist kind freundlich, Gebrauchsalz statt Chlor. Es gibt auch zwei barbeques, Ein ist groß und hat aus Ziegelstein gemacht. Die hintere Terrasse ist die Größe von einem Minifußballplatz!

Dieses Landhaus ist durchaus passend für 2/3 große Familien mit den angrenzenden Wohnungen innerhalb des ganzen Landhauses. Die dritte Wohnung unten, Schlaf bis zu 5 Leuten, die zur Verfügung steht, als ein Überlauf wo notwendig, oder Teenagers Kellergeschoss hangout!
